It has been SO HOT this last couple of weeks that we broke down and bought an above ground pool to see how that goes. The kids are thrilled. We have to force them inside so the don't just get blistered.Putting the frame together.

Starting to fill it. Cold water, straight out of the hose. They don't care.
Full with cold water, so they crawl out and lay on the hot sidewalk.
Elliot is so camera shy.
After two days in the sun the water is up to 84 degrees. Pretty nice.
