Water park Weekend

We spent the weekend by Dallas at a water park called the great wolf lodge. This is what the front entrance looked like...and a small corner of the HUGE parking lot.

The 6 flights of stairs to get to the water slides. They had 5 big indoor slides and several smaller slides. The boys and the biggest boy had fun on the slides. Breanna and Denim hung out in the kiddy pool most of the time.

Denim found great joy in squirting all of the other moms as they walked past. He was quite popular in the kiddy pool by the time we left.....

All of us just before we left to come home. There were quite a few neat things there, it's hard to get many pictures inside of a water park . They had an activity for the kids that you got a wand and ventured through the entire motel on quests and had tasks you were supposed to complete. I think that the boys and I did at least 50 flights of stairs before the kids got too tired and quit on me. All of the kids and the dad had a really good time. The water park was a giant anxiety attack for me, TOO many people for my taste and lots of places for my little adventurers to wander off to where I couldn't see them. Thank goodness for lots of lifeguards and Breanna being willing to hang out with me and Denim. In the end, we all came out safe and sound and there were no problems. We enjoyed it and will go back again. Next year Denim should be tall enough to do some of the slides with us. :o)
